How we use it

Order fulfilment, delivery updates over call or WhatsApp, customer support, and — only if you opt in — occasional offers and festival announcements.

Payments

Cash and card payments are handled at delivery. Online payments are processed by our payment partner; we never store your full card or UPI credentials.

Cookies & local storage

Your cart and order history are stored locally in your browser so you can pick up where you left off. We do not sell any data to third parties.

Photos you upload

Reference images uploaded in the Customize Cake studio are used only to design your cake and are removed after your order is completed.
